Online Personal Training — Subscription Policy
This policy explains how the Online Personal Training subscriptions at YourAsianCoach work — how you're billed, how to cancel, and how refunds are handled. We want this to be simple and fair, so you always know exactly where you stand. By subscribing to any coaching plan, you agree to the terms below.
The Plans
- Founder Rate — $100/mo. A limited launch rate (5 spots). As long as you stay subscribed without interruption, your rate stays locked at $100/month.
- Monthly Rate — $150/mo. Rolling month-to-month coaching.
- Quarterly Rate — $375/quarter ($125/month). Billed every quarter (3 months) at a discounted rate.
All plans can be paused or cancelled at any time, no extra fees.
Billing & Renewal
All plans are recurring subscriptions billed in U.S. dollars. Your first payment is charged on the day you sign up, and each renewal is charged automatically on that same date each month using your payment method on file. You'll receive a receipt for every charge. If a payment fails, we'll attempt to process it again and reach out — repeated failed payments may pause your coaching until the balance is settled.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your coaching stays active through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you simply won't be charged again. To cancel, sign into your account on the top right, go to orders, and then proceed to cancel from there.
Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds
If the coaching isn't the right fit for you, you can get a full refund — no hard feelings. Just reach out within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full and cancel your subscription, no matter what plan. We'd rather you train with someone who's right for you than stay in something that isn't working.
After the first 30 days, payments already made for completed or in-progress billing periods are non-refundable, but you can always cancel to stop future charges.
Pausing Your Subscription
Life happens — travel, injury, a busy stretch at work. To pause, sign into your account on the top right, go to orders, and then proceed to pause from there. Notify your coach and submit your pause before your next billing date and we'll work out a hold so you don't lose your spot or your rate.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes apply going forward and won't affect a refund or cancellation request you've already made. Existing Founder rates stay locked as described above.
