Refund policy
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases from YOURASIANCOACH, including online coaching subscriptions and digital products. Capitalized terms have the meaning given in our Terms of Service.
Coaching subscriptions
You may cancel your coaching subscription at any time by emailing us at hello@yourasiancoach.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you will retain full access to your coaching services until then. We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for unused time in a billing period.
Prepaid multi-month packages are billed in full at purchase and are non-refundable once the package term begins, except where required by applicable law.
If we discontinue your coaching services for reasons other than your violation of our Terms of Service, we will refund the unused portion of any period you have already paid for.
Digital products
All sales of digital products (training programs, guides, and other downloadable or online content) are final. Because digital content cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a digital product has been delivered or made accessible to you, except where required by applicable law.
If a digital product is defective, corrupted, or inaccessible, contact us at hello@yourasiancoach.com and we will repair or replace your access at no charge.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation), contact us at hello@yourasiancoach.com within 30 days of the charge. We will review and refund any erroneous charges to your original payment method. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — most issues can be resolved faster directly.
Physical products
We do not currently sell physical products. If physical products are offered in the future, return and refund terms will be stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
